Make your ass look awesome tip of the day: Donkey Kicks.
Assume the position - on elbows and knees, back flat. Keeping a 90 degree angle at the knee, raise your leg as if you’re trying to stomp your foot flat against the ceiling. Lower slowly. Aim for three sets of 8-12 reps.
Once 12 reps is easy, you can add ankle weights or hold a dumbbell behind your knee. I did these with 20#’s today and my booty’s feeling great.

Exercising to the perfect me.

Exercising to the perfect me. Hi, this tumblr isn't designed to have anyone follow or anything like that. I made it to track my progress on losing weight and eating right.

Note: I haven't updated this at all since I have made it. I haven't made any progress yet either. Today is 5/18, and I am starting to eat healthier and I have been going to the gym a lot. But I have just been way too busy between both of my jobs and the gym to update stats and take pictures. Sorry!

In all honesty, I don't care about numbers because they frustrate me, and I know muscle weighs more than fat and I have a lot of muscle on me. So to me, its really about what I look like, but I wouldn't mind weighing 110 lbs.

The goals were in no particular order in what I am achieving first. They are very random and I will cross them off when I accomplish or meet my goal. I want to meet them by August, when school starts back up in the fall, so I will have all summer to do this.

EATING HEALTHY: The most important and hardest thing I need to work on! If anyone has tips to eating healthy and/or menus of what they eat please send me them! It would be greatly appreciated. I used to be so good at eating healthy but it has all gone down the drain. :(
